Return Policy

We are using Printful, a third-party printing and fulfillment service located in Los Angeles, CA and Charlotte, NC. We will follow suite with their return policy. However, please contact us, hello@rapinoe.us,  before returning items to Printful. 

Printful's Return Policy

Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 4 weeks after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 4 weeks after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

The return address is set by default to the Printful facility. When they receive a returned shipment, an automated email notification will be sent to Rapinoe SC. Unclaimed returns get donated to charity after 4 weeks. If Printful's facility isn't used as the return address, Rapinoe SC becomes liable for any returned shipments received. 

Wrong Address - If a customer provides an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to the Printful facility. Rapinoe SC will then pass the reshipment costs to the customers, get a valid shipping address, then re-ship the package to the customer. 

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to the Printful facility and either Rapinoe SC or the customer will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by Customer - It is best that our customers contact us first, before sending any products back to Printful. Please email us at hello@rapinoe.us. We have a 10-day return policy, from the time the package is shipped from Printful.

Please note, due to using a third-party printing & fulfillment service it will be very difficult to process refunds. We will not refund orders for buyer's remorse or size exchanges. If we do process a refund, Rapinoe SC will have to manually order a new item for our customers, so please keep that in mind when ordering your initial order! Lastly, we only refund or exchange items of the exact same value. 

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for the supply of goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalized, therefore Printful reserves rights to refuse returns at its sole discretion.

This Policy shall be governed and interpreted in accordance with the English language, regardless of any translations made for any purpose whatsoever.
