So, I just placed a "Back-Order" purchase. When will my product be shipped?
If a product is on "Back-Order", it just means that it's such a rad product that everyone bought it up before you. But, not to worry! We probably already have another order placed to replenish this item in no time. This just means that instead of getting your swag in 3-7 days, it will most likely take an extra 4-6 weeks to source, print and ship to your doorstep.
Help! My order won’t go through! What do I do?
1st: Check your credit card information, including billing and shipping address. It has to be perfect.
2nd: What browser are you using? Is it updated to the latest version?
3rd: There’s no rush to click more than once, we wouldn’t want you to accidentally order twice.
4th: If it is still acting weird, let us know via email, and we’ll try to help you as quickly as possible.
I don't see the product and/or sizes that I need. What do I do?
Not to worry, we can special order larger / smaller sizes as long as our manufacturing company has them. We will also try our best to accommodate special orders and bulk orders for organizations. Just email us your request to get the conversation started!
Can I contact you any other way than email?
For right now, we’re only able to respond to inquiries via email, but we promise we’ll make it good. Include your phone number in the email and we will totally give you a call if that's the best for you. We want to hear from you!!
Umm, I need to change something wrong with my order. Can I do that?
If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us right away. We process orders as fast as possible, and once your swag is shipped, we will be unable to make any changes.
So, when will my rad stuff ship?
Typically, we pick, pack, and ship all products within a few days, but some of our products are made-to-order, so it can take a little longer to make something special for you! Shipping times may vary due to availability but we’ll keep you posted. Orders are not shipped on the weekends or holidays.
Hey, I think my order was cancelled?
Well, that wasn’t expected. However, strange things happen and it's possible the item you ordered may have become out of stock and is no longer available. If an item in your order does become unavailable, you will be contacted within 24 to 48 hours about the cancellation. If your order contains additional items, these items will still be shipped to you and the unavailable item will be removed from your order. Sound good? Hope so!
How much is shipping?
For domestic orders, it’s just $7.00. Seven bucks, all the time! Learn more under the Shipping section.
International orders are always $30.00, but don’t forget about taxes, duties, fees, and stuff! Those are not included.
Will I have to pay international taxes & duties?
An international order may be subject to import duties and taxes, which are presented once a shipment reaches your country. The general amount for the duties and taxes fee is 20% of the dollar amount of the merchandise. However, this is just a general guideline and may vary depending on the country to which the order was shipped. You should contact your customs office for specific amounts and percentages.
Unfortunately we can’t control or take responsibility for any duties/taxes applied to your shipment. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; please contact your local customs office for more information. Note, in rare occasions custom agents may delay delivery of some packages. By law, we must declare all items at their full price and cannot alter this amount to decrease international custom fees.
We love you but... if you refuse an international shipment from us, you are still responsible for the original shipping charges, any import fees, duties and/or taxes that are incurred on the package, and the cost of returning the package to Rapinoe HQ in Portland. This amount will be deducted from your merchandise refund. In the instance that the return fee exceeds the amount of the merchandise plus shipping costs, the package will be abandoned and you will not be refunded.
Am I still required to pay customs, duties, taxes, and collection fees if I receive “Free International Shipping”?
Yes, all international orders may be subject to import taxes and duties. These fees are charged by your government and are entirely separate from any shipping fees.
Back-Order Shipping Info
If you have just purchased a product on "Back-Order" and are wondering what this means and how long it will take to ship to your doorstep, not to worry, all the info is right here! Back-Order simply means 1) this product is so rad that everyone bought it up before you had the chance to, 2) we probably already have another order underway for this missing item and 3) it can take 4-6 weeks for this product to hit your doorstep because it needs to be sourced, printed and shipped. However, don't be afraid to order items that are on Back-Order, it will be well worth the wait!
Oh no! Though it’s a bummer when things aren't right, we do accept returns & exchanges within fifteen (15) days of purchase for items in new condition. It’s pretty easy!
This is how it’s done:
You can't return or exchange anything that's not in brand new, unworn, unwashed, and in original condition.
Make sure to pack up the goods well enough to make it safely to Portland!

If you're wanting to return an item(s), please email us first for return authorization. Then, complete the "Return" form in your package, write your order number on it, and include it in your return shipment. It’d also be great if you can include the original invoice in the package so we know it’s yours for sure! This part is important.
While we don't charge any fees to process returns, return shipping is your responsibility and original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Your refund will be processed within a week of when it hits our door. After that, it usually takes your bank 3-7 days to apply the refund to your account.
Same rules apply for international but please know that we cannot refund duties, taxes or shipping charges.
If you're wanting to exchange item(s), please email us first for authorization. Then, fill out the "Exchange" form in your package stipulating the new size you'd like, include the original order receipt and include it in your return shipment. Customers will need to pay for the return shipping, but we will pay the shipping costs of the new item(s). Please note, we ONLY exchange items that are of the exact same value, otherwise you will need to make a "return" as outlined above and purchase the new item you are looking for.
All orders within the U.S. ship for only $7. No matter how big or small your order is, it’s just seven bucks! Shipping for international orders is $25 USD.
We try to process every order within 24 hours of when it’s placed but it can take up to 3 days, or longer if your item is on Back-Order (please see above).

Packages often arrive 3-9 days after we’ve processed and shipped your order!
Please allow 5-9 business days for the U.S. Postal Service to deliver to P.O. Boxes, 8-12 business days for AK/HI orders, and 8-12 business days for APO/FPO orders.
On international orders: All applicable customs and import duties, fees, taxes, and any other charges and fees are the responsibility of the customer (even if you refuse a shipment upon delivery). We will ship your packages DDU (“Duties and Taxes Unpaid”). We do not collect the VAT, duties, and/or taxes at the time of sale and cannot predict what your particular charges may be. If your order does require these additional charges, they must be paid by you in order for your package to clear Customs.
